Prototype. Records and photos are kept in this browser only. Before clearing data or switching phone, take the zip backup on the Export tab — a text backup does not include photos.

Child SKU fills once the parent and Stock ID are set.
Pricing and stock — from Dynamod

Load the Dynamod stock list in Setup, then these fill from the Stock ID. Nothing here is typed by hand — Dynamod is the only price and stock there is. Store price is what you charge at the counter. ePrice is the only one that goes online. If an item has no ePrice, it lists at the store price.

Specs
Copy
Writes the SiteGiant HTML from the specs above.
Social captions
Built from the name, the first four specs and the Dynamod price. Each one carries its own channel tag in the WhatsApp link so you can count enquiries per channel.
Photos
Up to 9. Shot here, resized to 1600px and kept in this browser — no renaming, no transferring. The first one is the listing's main image; use the arrows to reorder.
no photos
Save & next (in the bar below) keeps the brand, model, category, sub-type, specs, box class and overview, and clears only the Stock ID, name, weight and photos — for the next size in the same family.

Counter lookup
Dynamod stock list
Prices and stock come from here and nowhere else, so the website, the shelf and the counter can't disagree. Cost is never read, stored or uploaded; it stays in Dynamod.
In Dynamod: Start → Inventory → Report → Stock Listing for Sitegiant, export it, then open it here. It goes up to the sheet by itself and the other phones pick it up on their own — Sync now is only for when you do not want to wait.
Paste it instead
Cloud push
Where finished items go. The app records; the sheet keeps. Paste the Web app URL from the Apps Script deployment, and the same secret you set in the script.

Shared store
Checking…
Box classes, the rate card, category spec sets and brand codes are shared, so everyone's shipping figures and SKUs agree. The Dynamod stock list and the already-listed set stay on each device — they are too large for the shared store, and both are re-pasted from the same export anyway.
Already on the website
Paste the Last Webstore Listings sheet from your batch-create workbook. The tool then warns the moment someone types a Stock ID that is already live — before anyone photographs or weighs it. Header row included; it reads tabs or commas and only needs the isku column.

Measured once each, then never again. Put a laminated card on each stack in the packing area showing the code and its volumetric weight.

Charged on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Divisor 6000. Three East Malaysia cells were unreadable on the photo (glare) and are marked estimated — confirm them against the board and type the real numbers in.

Category spec sets
Pick a category on the Capture tab and these are the fields you get. Taken from the Directory sheet of your batch-create workbook. Edit the comma-separated list to change what gets asked for.

Brand codes
The middle block of the parent SKU. One BRAND=CODE per line. Paste two columns straight from the Directory sheet and it will read tabs too.

What's missing
Every captured item has what it needs.
Send to the cloud sheet
Pushes every item that is ready and not already up there. Photos go to Drive, one folder per Stock ID, already named ISKU_1.jpg. Once an item is confirmed stored you can clear it off this phone.
Photos
Every photo, renamed to the ISKU_1.jpg convention SiteGiant expects, in one zip. Upload the zip contents and the image columns in the import file already match.
SiteGiant batch import
Use this one. Takes the rows from the sheet, which carry the photo links — the ones built on this phone only have file names. Do it on the computer that imports into SiteGiant.
1. Create the items — SiteGiant will not list a Stock ID it has never heard of, so this goes in first, through Import Item by Excel. Only Stock IDs it has never been given; creating one twice fails the whole file.
Choose items
2. Then list them — through Import Products by Excel. This is the one that carries the photos, captions and prices.
Choose items
Everything in the sheet, every time — SiteGiant updates a listing rather than duplicating it, so the website cannot drift. Untick under Choose items to hold something back.
SiteGiant CSV — built here
The same columns, built from this phone alone. Image columns hold file names, not links, so a listing imported from this one arrives without pictures. Useful for checking a row before pushing; not for importing.
Shipping sheet
Stock ID, box class, weights and the four zone costs — for the counter and for whoever quotes postage.
Backup
Everything, as JSON. Paste it back to restore on another phone.
Use the zip. It carries the photos as well as the records. The text box below is records only — photos are stored separately in this browser and a text backup cannot reach them.
